My students often are amazed at my memory powers, but I can teach this power to anyone.
I take particular pleasure in teaching my mental formula to seniors because science indicates that the more often a senior applies their memory skills, the more likely it will be that those skills will remain with them.
Is this leverage against the onset of Alzheimer's?
Wouldn't that be something?
I visited some friends I hadn't seen in 40 years a few months back.
Imagine! 40 years!
I regaled them with stories, as I did 40 plus years ago, when we were teenagers.
The baseball boys, renamed EIGHT MEN IN, marvel at the crystal clear memories I have from 40 baseball seasons ago.
Hell, I still remember the telephone number of my fourth grade girlfriend.
Sorry, Mary T, I won't identify you further, but I am sure you are no longer at HA-1-4672.
Oops, there I go again.
Perhaps my greatest joy is that in 2009, I am planning to launch a website which will teach my mental imagery formula to kids in school.
I especially want to make this life changing vocabulary formula available to children in the inner city who have no viable plan to attend collage and breakaway from a life of poverty.
I want them to take advantage of the unlimited powers that they own in their mind while those minds are fresh, eager and prepared to learn.
I molded those minds for three years while I taught in the inner city in places like the South Bronx.
My formula wasn't born in an Ivory Tower.
It grew from the urine stained streets of New York City and it has flourished throughout America.
Keep your eyes on this blog throughout the coming year to learn about our mental imagery member based website.
If you are a venture capitalist or know someone who would relish this investment, this is your opportunity to give back while still pursuing good old American capitalism.
And I still answer all of my mail.
