The First Law of Mental Imagery

You need to take action!

Goethe wrote that action has boldness, power and magic to it.

To live a life where mental imagery can attract the things you want in life, you must be willing to invest in the time it requires to mentally image.

I suggest starting with two brief experiences per day.

Once when you go to sleep tonight.

Erase all thoughts from your mind as if you were wiping away the words on a monitor.

Start with a clean screen.

Send relaxing images to your mental monitor to take you deep into the process.

Start simple.

Send one image to your mind which puts a smile on your face.

perhaps some scene you enjoyed when you were younger, some place where you long to go.

Take your mind there right now.

Hold that scene as long as you can.

When you are truly successful at doing this, you will have the ability to fall asleep vividly recalling this scene.

And it will be the best and deepest sleep you have ever enjoyed.

Next time...I will set the scene for you when you wake up from that refreshing and renewing sleep.

Until then, for tonight, sweet dreams and images...........
