Casey Hits A Double

The outlook wasn't brilliant for the little girl that day
She faced  double lung transplant and had no way to pay
When she began to get lung infections it took her breath away
Casey knew what he had to do, knew what he had to say.

Oh somewhere in this joyous land the sun is shining bright
And most people breathe without a care and hearts are light
And somewhere bands are playing and somewhere children shout
And Casey helped a little girl get her weakened lungs out.
