If My Parents Could See Me Now

When I was growing up, there weren't any Little Leagues in the city. Parents worked all the time. They didn't have time to take their kids out to play baseball and football. Mike Krzyzewski I wish my parents could have seen me perform Casey. They are gone now. My dad passed in 2000 and my mom just two years later. They were together for 58 years. They never could understand the purpose of my life. I see now that is because I couldn’t see it myself. But I learned that life was like baseball. It is a journey and along the way, you will likely find yourself and that is the purpose of your life. That is what makes life so exciting. I wish my parents could have seen that. I wish I could have made them see.
