10 Steps to Mental Strength!

1. See it!

Unless you have a clear vision of what you want, you won't have the power to attract it.


2. Believe it!

Live your life as you are moving towards your goal!


3. Go Confidently!

Your body language should reflect your confidence!


4. Develop Triggers!

Movements only known to you can be your trigger to success time after time!


5. Have a Soundtrack!


Your Music is the background to your movie!


6. Mental Rehearsal!


Play scenes in your mind with the desired outcome until you can walk right into the starring role.


7. Visit Location!

If possible, add more vibrancy to your mental rehearsal by visiting the scene (such as where a test will be taken, game played or speech delivered).


8. Incorporate your senses!

Your power of sense can accelerate your success!


9. Embrace the Spotlight!

It will only happen when you are fully ready to define it, ask for it and accept it!
