Cecilia is a visualization coach who lives near Phoenix and is becoming a phenomenon for those of us who write about baseball.
With the influx of Tommy John surgeries for pitchers, a career threatening injury which requires the reattachment of a ligament to strengthen the pitching elbow, team owners have gone looking for gurus and there is no expense spared in the search.
