malfeasance

al•fea•sance noun Law . the performance by a public official of an act that is legally unjustified, harmful, or contrary to law; wrongdoing (used especially of an act in violation of a public trust). Compare misfeasance def. 2 , nonfeasance. We read stories about Ponzi schemes and those who are even more direct in their theft. Words like this should be part of our national conversation. You should know the difference between a Ponzi scheme, such as Madoff and someone who is charged with bribery. How can they be stored in your amazing mind? You take mental pictures.
