Reunion Committee

If you are going to put together a Reunion, it is a good idea that you go into it realizing that some people are going to act very strange. You would like to think that everyone you contact would be eager to hear from their old school and friends. You might be in for a rude awakening. Some people might treat you like a vacuum cleaner salesperson and demand that you take them off your mailing list. There are some that might not have had the wild experience you enjoyed in high school and you contacting them now only opens old wounds. In founding the Hall of Fame, I know all about the myriad of reactions from classmates. Look at it this way. You only have to deal with the reactions of a fwe hundred in your graduating class. The Hall of Fame requires that I speak with classmates who could have graduated in 2000 or for that matter, 1957. It takes growing a thick skin, something entirely new for me.
