It Begins With a Conversation

I like mentoring new writers.

They come in all shapes and sizes.

I spoke with a bright lady today in Los Angeles who wants to write 24/7 and not deal with a job which keeps her from breathing the oxygen she so craves.

When she first responded to one of my posts, these were her words, not mine.

This was her candid analysis of my post which had caught her attention one day.

I know how to make money – shows your confidence. That Memoir is taught worldwide – shows your tail feathers and experience. It begins with a conversation – an invitation to respond. It was not a normal ad. You offered the address so I could (and did) check your blog BEFORE I wrote back. It begins with a conversation was probably what got me to respond. I love e-mail and written words. They are powerful and can move a person to cry, to imagine they are there, to feel something the way the author intended. But, a conversation – that requires intelligence, input and understanding from both parties. I’m in. Sandee

What about you?

Are you a writer struggling to find jobs.

Here is what I know about me.

I love writing.
I love to make money.

And unlike you, I have a formula for making money using mty writing.

Iguess what I am saying is shouldn't we at least begin the conversation.
