It's the six syllable word which throws most when they first tackle it.
The main reason why I know that most people in the world don't visualize is that few can even have the word cogently roll off their tongue.
Try it for yourself and then as we did when we were kids, try it five times fast.
By the way, I still do "5 Times Fast" and did it just the other day with my imaginative daughter (the wordplay was Little Italy). Yes, visualization will keep you young. Sometimes, even keeping up with a near 16 year old.
I do know this.
Once you begin to visualize regularly and my starting formula is to get my students to begin with two sample doses a day, you will begin to notice changes in your thinking and in your life.
Where you take this amazing journey and how you apply this potent power to the many challenges in your life will be your story.
I can teach you how to begin writing Chapter One.

Visualization: How Does One Start?
The most elementary question and the best question ever.
I find that most people are fascinated by visualization, but they can never incorporate it into their lives.
Why?
Mostly because they don't understand it.
Let me clear up the enigma by describing in detail how I visualize.
I suggest you start with my formula and then over time, you will develop yours.
The best time to visualize is when you first awake.
Don't jump out of bed and begin your day.
Marinate a bit with your thoughts.
Close your eyes. Your mind has not begun to click into peak efficiency. It is prime time for you to send it pictures of what you would like to happen in the future.
Perhaps there is an important meeting coming up in your life. Begin to visualize how it might develop in your mind. Consider the many outcomes. Focus on the outcome which will best suit you!
The possibilities are endless. You work the camera of your mind. You are the director of your own movies. It is you and only you who transmit pictures to your mental screen.
Do you have a test coming up in school?
Anticipate the questions and your answers well before test day.
I predict you will meet with unmatched success.
Have a sports contest later in the day?
Visualize yourself in action.
Don't wait for the game to be played at real speed before you make decisions on the field, court, etc.
By playing the game in your mind before the game is actually played you will succeed wildly beyond your dreams.
When you eventually play the game, the speed of the game will be more to your liking. Only peak athletic champions know this secret which helps them master their sport.
Have an idea for a new business or simply want to take your curent business yo a new level of success?
Visualize what it would take by developing pictues in your mind of just what it would take.
Reenforce your pictures by following the same proccess at night as you drift off to sleep.
You will never sleep more soundly than you do when you begin to visualize.
Each succeesive day will perfect your visualization talents incrementally.
Soon. when you read a paragraph or come across a new word, you will begin to unleash your visualization skills.
You will become the consummate visualizer.
And over time, you will attract the life you visualize.
Just wait and see!

Visualization Radio!
I am discussing the possibility of an Internet Radio Show this summer.
I would host the show on an hourly basis for a 13 week cycle.
I am considering using this format to feature the many powers of visualization.
Athletes, entrepreneurs. educators and others whose lives can be enhanced through the amazing powers of visualization, will be featured on my show.
It promises to be a great deal of fun, but the best part of it is how many more lives can be touched by visualization.
Visualization Radio is coming to the Internet.
Stay tuned to my blog for the exciting details.

Visualize An Apple A Day
You can build a massive vocabulary beginning today.
It begins with an APPLE a day.
Let me explain.
I have started kids age 5 and up on a daily diet of Visualization Vocabulary.
I commenced by displaying a rosy red apple.
They yelled back APPLE with the unbridled passion only a 5 year old can summon.
We took the next several minutes to learn the words ROSE. JUICY, SHINY and DELICIOUS.
Four new words, several of them not in their vocabulary minutes before.
Now, when they see an APPLE, a regular feature in their everyday life, these new words will be forever linked to the popular fruit.
Older children and s can build a VISUALIZATION VORTEX on the very same concept.
ROSE describes the color of an apple and is suitable for a 5 year old, but CRIMSON is another descriptive color one can visualize when the picture of an APPLE comes to mind.
We CHEW an APPLE. but our teeth help us to MASTICATE the pieces.
The picture in one's mind of an APPLE or similarly SUCCULENT fruit often will prompt us to SALIVATE.
Our original 4 word VISULAIZATION VOCABULARY has doubled to 8 words.
It all started with an APPLE a day.
Get the picture?

Does Bud Selig Have a Brain?
Injuries to many key players during this first week of the MLB season has many GM's and Fantasy Fans (do these people have a life) scratching their heads.
Have you wondered why so many stars have gone down in such a short time?
Duh!
Perhaps by chance it's the weather.
Baseball players are coddled throughout February and March.
They play in the warmer climates of Florida and Arizona.
They are babied even farther by being pulled from games after a few innings of participation.
Fast forward to March 31.
Games are no longer played in the low 80's in tropical climes.
It's the low 30's and 40's and a player is asked to go the distance.
Muscles twist, strain and SNAP!
What a surprise.
My solution.
What happened to the idea of roofs covering stadiums?
It would be ideal for players and especially the fan.
Was it really good baseball and business to send home 50,000 people on Monday who came to the final Yankeee Stadium opener only to be washed away and sent home via boat.
OK, this Yankee Stadium, built in the early 20's and remodeled in the 70's didn't come equppped with a convertible top.
But what about the new Stadium across the street which will open in 2009?
The Yankees decided to pass on the roof.
For what, a savings of 100 million dollars?
That is merely a third of Alex Rodriguez's contract.
Chump change.
The day of a rain out in MLB should no longer be a discussion.
Baseball has opened too many new stadiums in recent years for players and fans to have to deal with brutal conditions.
Why bother training in the tropics when the season opens in the Artic Circle?
Let's move Spring Training to Alaska.
Give the players a real chance to get into chillzled shape.

April Fool's Day is Just Another Serendipitous Day in the Life of a Business Coach!
It is time to add 50 Business Coaches to my 2008 Class.
Will you be one of them?
It is a little bit like my own version of The Apprentice.
If you watch that show for the business lessons behind the hype, you can come up with some great suggestions to the average business owner across America.
If you study with me, I will teach you what to look for.
Along the way, you will become a Business Coach.
You will be able to live anywhere, make whatever money you need and you will have all the time you want to enjoy your money and your new life.
It's truly a life changing experience.
But it is not for the timid.
Only the BOLD need apply!
And then when it happens to you, you can pitch yourself.
For this is real.
It is not April's Fool!
