GETTING RICH IN AMERICA!

If you are not GETTING RICH IN AMERICA, you are not living your best life.

Note that I wrote GETTING RICH.

This means no matter what you are currently doing at this moment in your life, there is hope that beginning today or tomorrow, you can begin GETTING RICH IN AMERICA!

My blog will be addressing this very subject over the next year.

I want to know what Americans are doing to enriching their lives.

I am particularly interested in those who want to enrich their lives with the freedom that comes along with money.

What would you do if money was no longer a problem in your life?

Buy the home of your dreams?

Plan each minute of your day around the passions in your life?

Travel?

If you take a minute compiling your list, you will soon realize that you will add to it regularly.

And that is the beauty of GETTING RICH IN AMERICA!

You will own the power to add to your list and every item on your list will become more than a dream.

It can become your reality.

If you want to explore this journey with me as part of my team, call me today and leave a message with your phone number.

VISUALIZE KINDNESS!

There is far too much rudeness in the world.

There is no reason for it.

We can all do something about it.

It takes a little visualizing.

When I speak to groups of little leaguers, I share this with the players and coaches.

What is the most important thing you can teach a young ballplayer?

KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH THE BALL BEFORE IT COMES TO YOU!

This power of anticipation is an axiom that the great athletes in sport master on their way to excellence.

It is also a great way to practice kindness.

When we visualize or anticipate that we will be kind to another, we most often are just that.

Kind to each other.

How often do we meet rude people?

We make an honest mistake on the road and someone flashes an obscene sign.

What's with that?

When questioned about their boorish behavior, the offending driver often says that things had built up during the day and they were ready to explode.

Can't we do better?

How many acts of little KINDNESS can we do today?

We can be nice to everyone we speak to on the telephone.

We can be kind to everyone we meet.

We can open a door for a fellow human being.

We can say PLEASE and THANK YOU!

We can return a smile or a greeting and perhaps, even initiate one.

We can know how we are going to act before we act.

We can VISUALIZE KINDNESS!

It can attract KINDNESS in return.

It was Seneca who wrote WHEREVER THERE IS A HUMAN BEING, THERE IS A CHANCE FOR KINDNESS!

VISUALIZE KINDNESS!

It's so much nicer than visualizing rudeness.

I believe that most of us have KINDNESS inside of us.

Let's encourage others to show it!

Start today!

BE KIND!

DREAM SUCCESS TONIGHT!

Success thinkers don't get that way without thinking success at all hours of the day.

They are confident in what they do and approach life with a surety and definite purpose which shows through their personality.

When you meet a positive person, it's less about arrogance and more about their comfort level.

They just set off a radiance wherever they travel and whomever they meet.

I teach my students how to think success.

I start on the very first evening.

My students learn to think success by first dreaming success.

It's part of marinating in success.

You must believe that success is heading your way.

You need to see yourself in that picture in your mind.

You need to know where you are heading, so that when you get there, you will truly believe that you have been there before.

Top athletes, students and entrepreneurs share this very important quality.

They have seen themselves succeed before they succeed.

It's a very simple and powerful formula.

That's what I teach.

Are you ready to learn?

Dear Steve:

Dear Steve:

My daughter, Janice, studied your FORMULA with you three years ago.

This month, she begins a school at the college of her dreams and I wanted you to know what role you played in helping her dream become true.

Before we contacted you, Janice was shy and as you often repeated to her, "not comfortable in her own skin."

Well, Steve, I want you to know that she is secure in herself today and a largely in part of what your teachings have meant to her.

It wasn't that she was a bad student.

Janice had decent grades and friends.

However, she worried constantly about things.

This led her off track and jeopardized the many talents she had.

Your talent in teaching her the ability to visualize and accentuate the positive in both her studies and her life, provided the foundation for an almost instant breakthrough.

Her grades shot up to A and remained there.

Janice graduated at the top of her class.

I tell others that I am shocked, but not surprised.

I qualify that comment by explaining that I knew my daughter had this gift inside her.

I just wasn't sure anyone was ever going to witness it.

Thanks to you, everyone now sees it.

Most importantly, Janice sees it.

Her writing, her vocabulary, her essays, all shine with the same radiance of someone who is going to do great things in her life.

I am sure Janice will be writing you as well.

After all, she was your student and she will express things in a far greater way than me.

However, as a parent, I couldn't let another day pass without writing you and sharing with you this amazing triumph in my only daughter's life.

To watch her mix with people she both knows and has just met, to hear her speak in front of others and engage their minds and motivate their actions, well, I must say that I am not an emotional man, but this transition has moved me to tears.

Happy tears.

Tears of joy.

You are great at what you do.

Keep teaching your powers.

This parent will never forget you.

TALKING TO OUR KIDS!

Parents with children at home talk to their children all the time.

Are they communicating with them.

My grandson starts winter little league in San Diego this weekend and my son, a terrific dad, will coach the team.

I cringe when I see most parents interact with their kids in little league.

A perfect example is when a kid makes a mistake.

I have heard comments such as.

HOW COULD YOU BE SO STUPID!

WHAT WERE YOU THINKING OF?

YOU SCREWED THAT ONE UP BIG TIME!

A parent or coach is a teacher and it is so easy to teach and accentuate the positive while you correct a mistake.

A parent or coach could take the same mistake on the playing field and turn it into a positive experience.

Simply choose a different set of words.

I LIKED THE EFFORT! LET ME SUGGEST YOU TRY IT THIS WAY!

FROM WHAT I'VE SEEN YOU COULD BE A GOOD PLAYER! NEXT TIME TRY THIS...

It takes a little effort on the part of the coach and the parent to always emphasize the positive.

Many of us weren't brought up in a positive parenting environment.

And, like many bad habits, we have inherited these traits and continue to pass them down.

And it can all stop starting today.

If we THINK about it.

And our kids might really enjoy the experience of playing SPORTS or whatever the activity.

Wasn't that the idea?

What Is Your Purpose?

Have you thought much about that?

Do you think about little else?

What is my purpose in developing an organization with the goals of VISUALIZERS?

I wanted to create a unique personal development organization.

I didn't want to make it too costly to join.

I wanted to promote ideas and people within VISUALIZERS whose ideas were worth sharing.

I wanted to have our members attract other members and share the benefits of the growth of the organization.

I wanted to spread positive ideas to a world in need of positive ideas.

I wanted to help our members do good for others while we did good for ourselves.

This is what the mission of VISUALIZERS is all about.

VISUALIZERS!

Leaders of tomorrow wanted today!

All aboard!

What if?

I have taught the power of visualization to entrepreneurs, athletes, students and anyone who wants to make tomorrow a better day.

If you don't strive to make tomorrow better, how can you be sure you are alive today?

We can resurrect Descartes and get him in the argument, but I couldn't find him om Facebook or Twitter.

We will need so many bright lights in our exciting journey.

We will need Internet specialists, writers, speakers and anyone who loves social networking and can spread our message.

What is our message.

To enrich the experience of human life.

To help entrepreneurs flourish.

To help a student break the chain of poverty in their family through the power of education.

To save a teenager's life before they become a victim of drunk driving.

My pots have been in this space for a few years.

Take the time to read them.

In 2010, I will be formally building a group of individuals who want to become part of a social effort which can have an impact on lives.

It will not be for everybody.

It is non political. non-religious and will remain that way as long as I lead the organization.

It will promote entrepreneurs and give them the opportunity to realize their dreams.

If you want to be a part of this effort, contact me.

This is a social and business organization.

Help others and help ourselves.

Our goldebn rule will truly be golden for some.

Will it be for you?

Your Ebook!

Between now and the end of the year, I will help several people become authors for the first time.

Most of my new authors are trying to attract readers to help their business grow,

So why have they not written a book to date?

There may be a myriad of reasons.

One thing is for certain.

They need a coach.

I have been coaching others to write for almost 40 years.

If you are looking for someone to help you develop your story into a book worthy of being read, I would like to hear from you.

An eBook can help you to reach so many people.

You can give it away to attract new team members or you can charge for it on your web site or others.

It might lead to an agent, a big publishing house, a small publisher or you might find, as many current authors have, to enjoy the benefits and control of publishing it yourself.

You should know one thing.

If we work together, my aim is going to make this happen.

Our goal must be a completed book.

If that is your goal, don't hesitate.

A prospective author with a dream is sending me an email as you read these words.

Be that author!

SEE YOU AT THE MOVIES! The Story of Linny Raven!

Linny Raven was ready for her first day at her new school.

Her Mommy said:

HAVE A GREAT DAY, LINNY RAVEN!

Linny smiled.

I WILL MOMMY!

I SAW THE MOVIE!

*******************************

In her new class in her new school, the teacher took the roll.

LINNY RAVEN?

Linny Raven's hand shot up.

WELCOME, LINNY RAVEN!

WELCOME TO OUR SCHOOL!

WE HAVE A SPELLING BEE TODAY FOR THE ENTIRE GRADE, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO COMPETE.

YOU CAN WATCH UNTIL YOU GET COMFORTABLE.

Linny Raven smiled.

I WILL COMPETE IN THE SPELLING BEE, said Linny Raven.

I WILL COMPETE AND I WILL WIN!

The teacher smiled at the class and laughed.

HOW CAN YOU BE SO SURE?

Linny did not hesitate with her response.

BECAUSE I SAW THE MOVIE!

******************************************************

That afternoon the Spelling Bee was decided by two students left standing.

Steven and Linny Raven.

SPELL STENTORIAN said the spelling bee moderator.

Steven paused.

STENTORIAN.

s-t-e-n-t-o-r-e-a-n

STENTORIAN.

Linny Raven responded quickly at her chance.

STENTORIAN

s-t-e-n-t-o-r-i-a-n

STENTORIAN.

The spectators went silent, but only for a minute.

Linny Raven was declared the winner.

This time it was the principal, Mr. Davis, who asked Linny Raven in his booming voice.

WHAT IS YOUR SECRET?

Linny Raven held high her trophy for everyone to see.

NO SECRET, Linny replied.

I SAW THE MOVIE!

The principal rubbed his chin.

WHAT MOVIE?

Linny laughed.

MANY MOVIES!

A MOVIE OF MY NEW SCHOOL.

A MOVIE OF MY FIRST DAY.

A MOVIE OF ALL MY NEW FRIENDS

A MOVIE OF THE SPELLING BEE.

AND A MOVIE WITH A VERY LOUD CHARACTER WHO RIVETED EVERYONE WITH HIS BOOMING VOICE!

Mr. Davis thought about that before answering.

I ASSUME THAT WOULD BE THE STENTORIAN?

Linny gushed.

DID YOU SEE THE MOVIE TOO?

Everyone laughed and cheered.

*******************************************************************

The very next day, Mr. Davis and members of the school board held a press conference announcing that the TEACHING OF MOVIES would now be introduced to every teacher and student.

Then they made the announcement that made all the children cheer.

AND THE NEW TEACHER WE ASKED TO BE IN CHARGE OF THIS PROGRAM WILL BE THE YOUNGEST TEACHER EVER IN THE HISTORY OF OUR STATE.

MISS LINNY RAVEN!

Cameras zeroed in on the diminutive faculty member.

A reporter shouted out a question.

DO YOU HAVE A SLOGAN FOR YOUR PROGRAM, LINNY RAVEN?

Linny's little face lit up.

SEE YOU AT THE MOVIES!

One Sentence At A Time!

What is your dream?

I have been helping students build their word power since I began professional coaching and teaching nearly 40 years ago.

Now, we are launching a national movement to help TEENS discover the key to communication.

Would you like to be part of that movement?

My theory is that if I can help ignite the passion for writing in a student, then I can open the door to the vocabulary, reading, speaking and listening skills that make us communicators.

One sentence at a time.

My organization will encourage parents to help their kids build their writing skills with simple exercises they can do at home.

We will reach teachers, parents and students nationwide.

One sentence at a time.

If you would like to be part of this amazing effort, please contact me.

stevetarde@yahoo.com

I have been working my entire life at developing a simple idea to help kids succeed at school.

You can have an impact with me.

I invite you to be part of our quest.

Will Your Child Make This Call?

I will be 17 years old in November.

This was my first real party and I was so nervous.

There was a special boy and well, the anticipation gripped me for weeks.

Finally, the night arrived and my best friend, Maggie, was honking in my driveway.

We giggled and laughed the whole way to the party.

It was truly our personal declaration of independence.

The party itself didn't live up to expectations.

It was loud, there was booze and the boy I had my eye on, made a total fool of himself.

Cross him off my list of potentials.

And then things got ugly.

Someone called the police and soon squad cars were swarming the house.

Maggie and I were giggling and laughing again, but this time I wasn't excited.

I was scared.

Maggie was drunk.

I could tell for sure when she was fumbling for her keys.

I had no doubt when I could smell the booze on her foul breath when she leaned over to whisper something unintelligible in my ear.

Maggie was drunk and as the rest of the gang plopped into the back seats, I realized that right then and there, I had to make a decision.

Fortunately, I had discussed this at home.

It was my dad who said these words for me and the movie in my mind of him was fresh as I quickly replayed the scene.

"I am giving you this cell phone baby, but I am doing it for a selfish reason. I know that you will use it to call your friends, text them and take pictures and the things you guys do that I will never begin to understand. However, I want you to make me one promise. If you ever need me, if you ever find yourself in some type of danger, no matter what the time, even if it is 3AM, I want you to call me. With this phone, I want that call and I don't want you to even think twice about making that call!"

I didn't think twice about that conversation a few weeks ago.

Now, it precipitated my very next move.

I was out the door before Maggie could manage to find the keys in her drunken stupor.

"What are you doing?" Maggie screeched the slurred words.

"I forgot something."

"Go on without me. I will get a ride."

I realized later that the foul words shouted after me that night, came from Maggie and some of my other inebriated "friends" in the car.

They had no patience for someone who was dropping at of the clique.

I had made my decision.

"Dad," I managed, but then for some reason, I began to cry.

"Dad!" I need you to come get me.

****************************************

It was my Dad who woke me up later the same morning.

The first thing my Dad did was give me a big hug.

Then, I realized that he had been crying.

"Dad. why?" I kidded him. "I'm safe. There is no reason to be sad."

Them my Dad showed me the newspaper.

FIVE TEENS DEAD AFTER PARTY!

CAR CAREENS INTO WATER...ALCOHOL INDICATED AS CAUSE!

Walter's MOVIE

Dear Steve:

You spoke to about 500 Network Marketers a few weeks back and I was in the group.

I expected the same motivation I have seen hundreds of times, but you really taught us something that morning and I was driven to write this note to you.

Your MOVIES technique is great and the applications for business, decision making, kids education, etc are priceless.

I want to share with you my MOVIE about my golf game and how you have helped me to be a better player.

As you teach, my MOVIE began at night in bed.

I began to see myself hitting approach shots to the green.

That is the most difficult part of my game and yet, while I was creating this MOVIE in my mind, it was very relaxing and it seemed the most natural thing I could ever do.

Steve, not only have you hit upon something that improved my mental game on the course, I also fall asleep faster every night!

Anyway, I repeated the scene every night for several days.

One day on the tricky 11th hole at my club, I was thinking about how to play a shot and I realized that I had played the same shot before.

That was odd because even though I had played that same course hundreds of times, I had no recall of ever being at this exact spot.

Then it hit me like a ton of bricks.

I realized that I had played the same shot before.

In my MOVIES.

Not just once, but dozens of times.

Suddenly, I realized why the power of MOVIES was as potent as you so described.

You shared with us that Tiger Woods thinks in MOVIES as did several greats before him.

Now, because I filmed my own MOVIES, I knew you were right.

That's what gave them the mental edge.

Now, I have it.

I look forward to hearing you speak and teach again soon.

I am ready to take my MOVIES in many different directions.

It's a whole new way of thinking for me.

And you opened the door.

Thank you.

Why I Coach Entrepreneurs!

What is in your movie?

Last night, if you have been reading my blog, you began to make a movie of what your goals are.

If you are an entrepreneur, that movie might have included a goal you have for your business.

Doug Burson of Kansas City has a goal for his business.

He wants to help as many people as he can to market and brand their business.

Doug's goal is to market you business with the same uniqueness that you bring to your business when you gave it life.

Entrepreneurs make movies each day of their life.

The initial movie helps create the business.

How will my movie begin?

What need will it answer.

Who will be attracted to it?

What will I charge for my service or product?

How will I market it?

Your movie opens to the initial idea and with each new scene, it evolves into a business.

Along the way, you can return to your movie and the momentum of the vehicle will allow you to let the power of the movie answer questions for you and help you make decisions.

Doug in Kansas City is making a movie tonight.

What about you?

Want to share with others a scene from your movie or simpley have a question?

This month is dedicated to you, my student.

Ask away.

stevetarde@yahoo.com

Why I Coach!

Welcome to September.

During the month, I will be introducing techniques to my coaching students.

If you have any questions, I suggest you email me

stevetarde@yahoo.com

I will answer privately and your question might be chosen for the blog as well.

I coach those who want to achieve goals in life.

I coach those who want to become coaches.

The foundation of my coaching is my many years in the field of visualization.

No matter what your goal, you can begin working towards it tonight.

This is an exercise I teach others to do each night before they go to sleep,

As you close your eyes, let all of your thoughts disappear.

Concentrate on a goal you have been thinking about.

Begin to create images of the goal as if you were creating a movie in your mind.

Don't worry about completing the movie.

Focus on creating it.

Develop images which will enhance your movie.

If your movie began tonight, what would it be about?

Share it with me and ask me any questions if you have trouble getting started.

This is the movie of the rest of your life.

It has the ability to create a powerful thinking technique, decision making vehicle and source of attraction.

I call it going to the MOVIES.

You will call it a life changing concept.

And the journey begins tonight.

Come back soon and see where it will take you.
