My students are now on the juice.
I have taught thousands how to get off DIET and begin to live their life.
It isn't their fault.
In the USA, our education didn't include learning to eat right.
Do you eat small portions?
Do you take home from restaurants?
Are you still hooked on Coke or diet sodas?
If you want to be coached by the most unique one-one training in the life coaching business, contact me today.
I accept one student a month.

Speaking Coach
Do you want to be a public speaker?
How could this skill benefit you?
If you are in business, it will provide you with an inordinate power to connect with others who can help you exponentially.
In one event, your message can reach more eyes and ears in one time than if you had dozens of private conversations.
There is something very potent about the power of public speaking.
It's magnetic.
It will attract you to others.
It is mesmerizing.
People love to be engaged by leaders. If you can skilfully communicate a powerful message, your audience will motivate others to follow you.
If I am your mentor, you will become comfortable with working a room.
You will engage with others, using masterful eye contact, as you adroitly sweep through the room.
You will not speak from a prepared text, but from your heart on experiences you best know.
You will share with your listeners a message about your life.
Through it all, it will be your business which will benefit and flourish.
But that won't be why you became a speaker.
You became a speaker to get your message out in order that you can share it with the world.
The synergy you create with your vision will build from your very first audience.
Get ready to make history.
This is your life.
You are about to take control of it.
In a way that only true leaders can truly understand.

South Bronx
I first met Willie at IS 84 in the South Bronx.
It was 1972 and the South Bronx was where a young teacher had to go if they wanted to work in NYC.
I left at 7AM from my Long Island home and arrived in front of a school with bars on the window and dead dogs in the street.
Mail service in the area was sporadic and the police called the zone FORT APACHE.
What did I know?
I was 22 years old and needed to pay the rent to my new digs.
I brought my new bag of teaching tricks into the classroom.
The kids loved it when I "slapped box" another boy in the classroom.
Somewhat skilled in boxing, I moved around easily, making light contact with my younger opponents.
The "teaching" technique made me a hero in an arena lusting for heroes of any variety in their life.
Most of the kids here went to school in between court appearances on their way to a life of felonious behavior.
IS 84 was simply a weigh station.
Everything was going so well.
Then I met the kids real hero.
Willie came to class.

Mark Cuban Worried After Pasting?
The Spurs took apart the Mavs tonight and the reason is the lack of mental toughness on Cuban's team.
The Spurs have two Mental All Stars. Duncan and Parker.
The Mavs have one in Nowitzki.
How can they get the advantage?
They must be able to get Dirk the ball in his comfort zone.
They didn't last night.
The Mavs can't afford to lose even one game in Dallas.
The Spurs, even without Ginobli, have the Mental Advantage.
Terry and Kidd must help Dirk take over games 3 and 4.
Cuban likes to call me an idiot, but in 10 years, I remind him that we share the same number of NBA championships as owners.
That would be ZERO!

Mark Cuban Called Me an Idiot!
I should be complimented.
When a billionaire takes time from their money making day to call you anything, you should be complimented.
Why did he bother?
Apparently, I hit a nerve.
It seems that when I shared with him that his Dallas Mavericks NBA team will eventually lose to the San Antonio Spurs, Cuban was miffed.
He went right to his laptop, pictured on his Facebook image, apparently taken on his private jet, and told me I was an idiot.
I call them as I visualize them.
How many championships has Cuban's team won.
I think the number is zero.
Tim Duncan is one of the strongest mental players in the league and Tony Parker is high up on my list as well.
Could this be the year of the Mavs.
I say no.
Cuban got hot.
Keep reading and I will tell you what Cuban should be spending his money on.

The Secret to an Extraordinary Vocabulary!
Although I teach the Power of Visualization to change life in areas like money, weight loss, health, relationships, etc, there is one subject that always stimulates a question.
YOU HAVE AN EXCELLENT VOCABULARY! WHAT WAS YOUR SECRET?
Most would say voraciously digesting books and of course that is a tool.
However, I know the answer is just one thing.
The power to visualize.
I have taught this power to thousands.
If I teach it to you or someone you care about, they will own the formula for an extraordinary vocabulary.
What they will do with this prodigious communication skill is up to them.
My guess is that it will be one of their proudest achievements.
And best of all, it is a lifetime skill which requires regular polishing.
You can continue to struggle with dictionaries and thinking you know a word, only to forget it before you ever learned it.
Or you can contact me and go to school.
This school is going to teach you something you will never forget.

When Do I Visualize?
When do I not?
When you have embraced the power of visualization, you have made a lifelong commitment to seeing things as you hope them to be.
It means learning new words and seeing them as most others don't.
It means playing a sport and slowing down the speed of the action in order to enable your skill to dominate.
It means eating less because you sense your satisfaction level quicker.
It means seeing in the future how an act of kindness can light up a life instead of realizing too late that you should have acted sooner.
It means seeing things in a way that allows you to live in the present with a visionaries eye to the future.
Some would call that a very special way of thinking.
I know I do.

To an Athlete Dying Young: Nick Adenhart
He was only 22 years old.
He pitched his last game and then went out into the cool Los Angeles evening.
It would be his final pitch.
Nick Adenhart, big league pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels was killed last evening in a traffic fatality.
He wasn't drinking and driving.
He wasn't even driving.
He was the innocent victim in a deadly crash, precipitated when another driver ran a red light and rammed the car Nick was a passenger in.
The news on the radio said that Adenhart had pitched that night.
His final line: Six innings and no runs allowed.
It was his fourth and final major league game.
The first three had been less than stellar.
Nick had saved his best for last.
Yet, Nick's final pitching line does not define him.
It is surreal that sports announcers fall into the trap of trivializing an athlete dying young.
In the same report, it was announced that Marvin Webster, 55, was found dead in a bathtub in a hotel room. There was no mention of how he died, but of course, it was mentioned that he lead Seattle to the 1978 NBA finals.
Cold!
To the many fans of Nick Adenhart, I offer the words of A.E. Houseman who might have not known sports statistics, but he knew about those who played them and the rest of us, who dedicate our lives to cheering their exploits.
The time you won your town the race
We chaired you through the market-place;
Man and boy stood cheering by,
And home we brought you shoulder high.
To-day, the road all runners come,
Shoulder-high we bring you home
And set you at your threshold down,
Townsman of a stiller town.
Smart lad, to slip business away
From fields where glory does not stay.
And early through the laurel grows
It withers quicker than the rose.
Eyes the shady night has shut
Cannot see the record cut.
And silence sounds no worse than cheers
After earth has stopped the ears.
Now you will not swell the rout
Of lads that wore their honours out,
Runners whom renown outran
And the name died before the man.
So set, before its echoes fade.
The fleet foot on the sill of shade.
And hold to the low lintel up
The still-defended challenge-cup
And round that early laurelled head
Will flock to gaze the strengthless-dead.
And find unwithered on its curls
The garland briefer than a girl's.

GEORGE by GOLENBOCK!
Are you ready for some baseball?
I just got my first peek at the new Yankee Stadium yesterday and it's a lot like the old Yankee Stadium.
The outfield walls are a big difference.
If you have been a Yankee fan as long as me (50 years and counting), you are going to enjoy Peter Golenbock's new book on George Steinbrenner.
I just brought a copy to my son (Yankee fan for more than 25 years)!
Do you think Jeter would ever get caught counting 100 dollar bills?
Reggie did it all the time.
You might recall Golenbock from his first effort which was a masterpiece on Yankee lore from 1949-1964.
Just happened to be the first 15 years of my life.
So I know Golenbock and the man knows the Yankees in and out and has dedicated himself to writing about the Bronx Bombers and their cast of characters.
Get a copy and send me a thank you note when you finish.
