Add UCLA football coach Rick Neuheisel to the mental imagery fan club.
This is what he recently told the New York Times when asked how his players could prepare better mentally.
"We've got to get guys with more anticipation skills. A lot of that is just one-one conversation with coaches. Just come and ask more questions. Watch the tape and come and ask.
The more you learn about the game, the more you start to anticipate what's going to happen> Now you can be where you needed to be on a fitted block or you can be where you need to be running a route or let the ball go a little early. It is why great players are great players. They have great anticipation."
Thanks, Rick. You have captured the essence of a champion with those final two sentences.
It is why great players are great players. They have great anticipation.
If you are reading this, you should know that I teach my students (athletes, entrepreneurs and students) how to apply the powers of mental imagery to master anticipation and become a champion.
Maybe you want to master that power in your own life or maybe you want to make extra cash teaching it to others.
My new companion manual WORD PICTURES is used exclusively as a study guide for my students and you can use it as your study guide for your students.
Want to know how you can begin making money teaching mental imagery in 2009?
